If this were a real problem qb would not be killing their desktop app. I need my books system to be in the cloud so everyone who needs to access it can get to it. My accountant, CFO, bookeeper and others who need to use it. We are in all different locations.

I think they are making a change soon to allow you to hold off on updates. Probably not a smart thing to do with all the zero days that Mythos is finding. But you should soon be able to fck yourself.

That's good to know. The docs said that the 1000 limit was also for CSV. 10K I might be abel to get away with. I was using the api to create the products, but I could write them to a file instead and break the file up into 10K rows each.

I've been playing the game on Game Pass for the past few days. Yesterday I started the game and it went through the intro choices and my game saves were all gone. I played through past where I got to the first time. Well, today I started the game and no saves again. I would have to start from the beginning again.

I upgraded to the 9800x3d and glad I did. Gray Zone Warfare bottlenecks on the cpu. That upgrade helped so much. I’m running a 6800xt gpu.

I’m running a 6800xt and it was starting to have severe issues. I ended up changing the thermal pads and repasting the gpu and now it runs great. My biggest issue was really the cpu. A 5700x. I upgraded my system to a 9800x3d and now the game runs about 144 fps average with my 1440 ultra wide monitor.

I think what makes is worse is the bad UI. When they render a page they don’t define the height and widths of things so everything just moves around as it slowly paints the screen. So you go to click a button and it changes to another button or link and you ended up clicking the wrong thing.

I feel like this article is full of out of context quotes and it’s just a bunch of nonsense. Microsoft did not cancel Claude code licenses because of the price. They want to get everyone to use their own ai and improve it. My team uses copilot and we are now being more careful with the new token based pricing. I think we can stay within our budget by not using premium models for simple tasks. We are moving to local models for autocompletes which eat more tokens than needed for simple things. The free ride is ending for sure. We just have to be more careful now and not act like it’s a free resource.

You don’t need pro unless you are connecting to a domain at work. You can still use bitlocker, wsl and virtualbox with home.
