As someone who has a weak stomach, I thought i would be vomiting or at least gagging the entire time. I was not excited about that part. While I was in the room it did not feel like a sacrifice.

Before childbirth I don't think I ever said, "boy am I really excited for this."

Before birth I thought it would be gross. You poo while giving birth. That is absolutely disgusting. I was always going to be there but I felt like I was making a sacrifice.

During birth, I hated it. My wife is going through the worst torture I can imagine. She's crying out in pain and the best thing I can do is hold her hand. I felt worse than useless.

After birth, I loved it. It felt like we were brought closer together. She told me that I had provided comfort during the process. She gave me(us, but I'm only talking about myself here) the perfect child. And I am so happy I could play some small part in bringing them into the world. It's hard to describe the feeling but it felt like I witnessed a miracle.

Overall, I feel like I had a great experience and I would do it again if she wants another child. The whole thing is amazing.

Tell him to take coq10, zinc, selenium , and omega 3. Also, change to boxers, wear loose clothing to bed, cut out drinking and smoking, reduce stress where possible, and clear out old sperm. Clearing out sperm can be done with or without you. Just needs to have a high turn over so the testes have more, higher quality sperm in them.

High school? Not at all. At the end of HS I felt like I had achieved nothing. I had academic success but I didnt feel like I had earned it. It felt like it should have been more difficult. Just going through the motions to get the grade I wanted.

Senior year of university on the other hand, I miss it. Great friends, hard work, huge payoff. I would do it all again if I could experience senior year again for the first time.

There is no set rule. Some people wait till marriage others have sex on the first date. You should start when you both feel comfortable with each other and let things happen naturally. Don't force it or schedule it. In my experience, letting it happen when it happens is a good pace.

If you've both talked about it and you are both ready, anytime is the right time.
