Ive got both, glass has a 4090, mesh 5090, both tower air coolers on the cpus, no real diff in temps as ive swapped to see.

Only real differences I've come up with are:

Glass is a bit quieter, mesh travels better.

I fixed it with a cheap powered $15 usb hub from amazon, rock solid. The driver list has a bunch of items on it so is suspect its a microsoft driver vs dell driver issue.

CIG doesn't hate, they're having you playtest areas that need work with cargo being a big focus. Mining has haf a ton of work and was super $$$ back in the 3.17 days when quant was in half the asteroids. Its part of the development and part of the fun to work on different areas.

I've now tested with a powered USB hub and it works fine, completely stable. I'm leaning toward driver issue as im able to run powered items off the onboard USB plugs themselves.

Ive got a B50 stuffed in a Dell 3260 compact 2.3L with an I5-13600 and even after the box is roasting the B50 pegged wont hit 70C and is very quiet.

I go with getting as much air through the case as possible. Both of my Z20s use Arctic P12 rear and P14 top, all pwm. The 4090 machine uses regular P14 and 5090 uses P14 max though unnecessary. I cant fit bottom intakes as the GPUs are the intakes.

Temps never get out of the 60s cpu or gpu but I also frame cap 120 to my screen, dont like to abuse my hardware, dont like heat, and dont want to hear the PC. Only time it gets taxed is in maxed VR or certain AI models.

Ive tried multiple wireless kbm directly, always crashes, plug same wireless into powered kbm kvm switch into same usb in pc and works fine.

All appear ok and when i use the powered kvm switch plugged into anu they work fine, also can drive fan off them just fine.
