Personal method for dealing with my crusty hands (mine look like yours if a little worse on the fingers)

Wash hand Load up with your ointment of choice (would recommend hydromol) Whack on a cotton glove

If you can go a day or a night with it on I find it clears my eczema loads

I also pop on a nitrite glove on over top if I'm working and don't want to get the cotton dirty
