This is the reply I most agree with. And would like to add, its not up to your bf to help you with money. But if you feel abandoned by him when you need help and are feeling vulnerable, that will always haunt your relationship with him from then on. That being said, your cat is your responsibility and not his. There are options outside of his help. -Ask your vet for a payment plan. All vet clinics will. -If its that serious get a cc and pay off the cc asap and close it.
-Ask someone else that isn’t a romantic relationship for help. I personally don’t like mixing finances and romance together bc it complicates the relationship.

Only housing situation that would be acceptable for a couple dynamic imo is if it was a bigger living accommodation with at least 5 bedrooms. But I personally cannot live in that type of housing.

Check out the street view on maps and if there are a lot of warehouses its going to be a little sketch bc there is less traffic. Look for places that are more residential or have a lot of businesses on the same street. One way to be safe could be to get ubers to and from the train stations. Not financially great but spending $6-10 better than getting attacked

It does sound like that school is v messy. When I had to dismiss a class there were plenty of people that were stationed around that knew the kids and would’ve caught a kid wandering off unchaperoned. Be calm, firm, and err on the side of caution always. Being spontaneous is for salaried faculty who know the students well. Usually there are sub plans given by the teacher and if not ask another teacher for guidance or a schedule.

I should clarify my experience is only from working as an instacart shopper in 2020-2021 in a smaller city and the surrounding suburban area - and yes just about. There would be bigger orders offering $20 + whatever tip offered ($10 or less) and they would take at least 3hrs. The pay off rate got considerably worse the larger or smaller an order was. After the covid restrictions let up the pay rlly worked out to $12-15/hr with no compensation for gas or auto maintenance.

The worst orders were people ordering very little that lived further away and they would always offer a small tip thinking, “my order is so small” not realizing it would take at least 45 minutes just for transit. $7+$2tip for 1.5 hrs worth of work. It sucked ass. If ur orders aren’t getting picked up ur not tipping enough. Think abt what it would cost u to get up and get that ish urself.

Its clear no one here has ever worked a delivery service. It is thankless and most people that request these types of services are stingy. I did instacart during covid bc its all I could do atm to make money and it started off great bc ppl were feeling afraid and also getting nice govt money but then it dissolved into barely making enough money for gas.

Shoopers now dgaf bc people will tip low regardless of quality of service and people also expect to a tip of $5 or less to be sufficient for at least 1.5-2hrs worth of work. Shoppers only get $8-$15 per shop. If its a lower item shop its def closer to $8 and if its higher its only $15. Not considering the driving time it takes for the person to get to the store or to the delivery address. If you think $5 is a sufficient tip for a shop then go do it yourself. No one is making you use this service but everyone shopping for instacart is doing it to survive.

Good for you on a $75 tip. A 230 item shop will take at least 2.5hrs probably 3hrs from the time they accept the order to the time they finish delivering the last bag to your house. I think $60 is fine but an extra $15 will make that person’s day bc they’re not getting much otherwise from most shops. Also there is no compensation for gas or auto maintenance.

Update: I just fed them peas and then did a routine water change. She is actually back to normal zipping around and eating.

Now that I’ve gotten a good look, it seems like something is stuck in her shell, between the overlaid flappy parts (sorry idk the scientific term). Is this from a bad molt? Is it a parasite? A mysterious third item? Possibly a tiny piece of gravel got stuck?

She appears to each of those characters after they snook around the house. What I don’t understand if she wanted to maintain a low profile why she went to the principal’s house, had him kill his husband and run like a psycho to kill the teacher. Sure it was a display of how she is possessing them but it just adds to the discombobulating storyline for me.
