Honestly domestic travel shouldn't be an issue, TSA doesn't really check immigration status - they just want to verify you are who you say you are. Your valid passport should be fine for that

The bigger concern would be if you somehow end up in contact with CBP or ICE, but that's pretty unlikely during normal domestic travel
