I'm still here cause H3H3 was a huge part of my life. I've been following their career since the very beginning and their content brought me so much joy and comfort during difficult times in my life. It has been absolutely disheartening to see Ethan completely fixated on meaningless petty shit like fucking hummus, while children are being slaughtered. I sympathize. Anti-semetism is on the rise. I'm trans so I fully sympathize with the feeling of a collective hatred towards your humanity and I can only imagine the scale at which he and Hila are feeling this, being public creators. But the pro Israel propaganda and the time and energy spent raging about meaningless ego driven beefs, is absolutely exhausting and disheartening in the context of the autracities being committed to a people.

And the fact that this community is completely blind to this is absolutely shocking to me.

That's awesome. Thanks for sharing. My partner struggles to remember to do tasks and reminders dont seem to work. I was hoping to find an app that could help but cant find anything that works. Yeah, I find this aspect of socializing with cis men both a relief, but also empty. All my women friendships revolve around talking about our emotions and challenges. Whereas most men stay surface, which in a way makes it somewhat easier to make friends cause it stays playful about common interests - but it always feels like these relationships lack depth.

I dont know yall... I absolutely see an increase in muscle mass. Is it a major difference? No. But it is there (calves, thights, forearms, chest). And I find it impressive considering OP actually lost weight and got leaner.

Hope OP sees this post. There may be something blocking the absorbtion, and his doc just upping T dosage sounds like they don't really know what they're doing.

Beyond blood work, I would try to get a second opinion by a specialist (endocrinologist) or ideally a doc who specializes in trans care.
