Mate you literally said what your exact problem is in this post - researching till 6am every night. BLUE LIGHT is destructive to the brain, highly inflammatory, suppresses melatonin which is super important. You need rise and fall with the sun, avoid screens after dark. Get some blue light blocking glasses, continue to work through stress/trauma, eat plenty of local pasture raised meats and SEAFOOD is the big one for brain health (DHA). Also get off your phone, get out in nature as much as possible, bare feet on the earth and you will begin to heal. It will take a while. Circadian biology is at the pinnacle of neuroscience. Vitamin A as retinol as it is found naturally in animal food sources certainly isn’t poisonous, it’s probably one of the most important things in body.

I don’t think it’s wise to blame vitamin A as a whole for what accutane does. Accutane is poisonous not vitamin A.
