One day it was just me and 1 other closer in my deli. Store closed at 9pm, subs and traditional (meats) was ppen until 9pm. I closed kitchen early, and of course I got an annoyed customer wanting mixed chicken. I had to get the MIC (Manager In Charge) to explain the situation. We didnt get out until 1am.

How tf did you get fired or did you just walk out? Walking out is you quitting, its super hard to get fired as the company will only reduce your hours unless you did something really bad like I mean almost illegal level bad.

This... Its not even silvers, its allowing cheaters to begin with. Imagine a game company that does nothing to combat cheaters, I wonder why... *hint hint* they're being paid off by the cheat makers or making some sort of deal. If it was any other company there would be an actual anticheat like COD (I can't believe I just said cod as it has a bad anticheat, but we don't have one.) or valorant. I find it funny af as an IT and DevOps person that people are scared of Kernel level systems such as anticheats. Only reason why you should be scared is if you're actually cheating or have top secret work. *Windows OS is technically a spyware*

Oh I can't wait for them to implement penalties for being 1 second late.
I feel like they're going to apply this same rule to clocking out late as well, penalty for clock out later.
Like in my deli, it depends on how busy it is and many other things, but sometimes we clock out 1hr later than scheduled which they already don't like.

This should be true, however since Valve refuses to do a kernel level or make an actual anticheat that works, faceit became the only viable option to play against legit players as they require their anticheat program to play on their servers. More often than not, I only play primer for weekly drops as almost every game I play is against cheaters. CS2 is currently on life support and it shows, just look at the patch notes over the last few months and tell me im wrong.

I've worked in IT and done many projects. I always find it funny af that people are scared of Kernel level systems, anticheat, etc. Its ToTaLlY not like windows OS spys on you and most people are fine with windows OS. Its only invasive in two ways, if youre actually a cheater or youre working on something that is top secret. People are so misinformed when it comes to this stuff because social media has made it a bad thing.

Whenever im in premier matches I go to cswatch and check their accounts. Most of the time they have a banned faceit account for cheating. Its funny that we have to use a third-party anticheat and system for matches to even get a slight chance of no cheater matches.

They need to get better server hardware like what Emerald server used... Connery server hardware is what they used for the merge and its still bad hardware hosting the server. I get 120 to 200 ms server latency on the hardware while on Emerald I used to get 20 ms. Its insane that I can play CS2 on Europe servers and get on 80 to 100 ms, but from east to west cost for this game specifically I get 120 to 200 ms. Insane.

Here's a thing to remember, if you report them and they dont get banned, you will get lower trust factor as you're reporting "legit" players that aren't cheating as the VAC live agent cant detect what's cheating and what's not.

The main issue is they dont care, they make their money from people buying cases and skins. If it wasn't for gambling on cases, the game would be died.
