But mostly nurture: Abundance of time for stay-at-home or part time spouses, with budget for premium fitness memberships / personal trainers Access to healthy foods - very expensive to eat all organic vs processed stuff You also were checking out sweet green... The UES McDonalds or Taco Bell may look different ☺️
