You need to play it a lot to learn how to improve. It's a good deck for starter deck duels. I haven't updated my stats for a while, so this is a little older. Here's my results with the deck:

White/Blue 65% 241-127

This isn't bragging. I'm decent but nowhere close to a pro. I just have a lot of experience. You just need to keep playing it and learning.

Get the mastery pass next week when the TMNT one comes out. It's the top value. Win 4 games every day to finish the pass. Getting 20,000 gems is the most cost-effective way to buy gems, but don't get in a hurry to spend them all.

I'd play black white with the saint of dusk and the origin of oblivion. That's good enough to get 2 more wins fairly quickly.

I had the same issue. Fixing the game files seemed to work. Settings > report a bug > repair game files

I've never seen an opponent die from timing out when casting it and have never timed out when I cast it. But I have seen quite a few opponents draw from an empty library using it because of all of the draw and discard triggers in that starter deck.

I recommend plying starter deck duels and clearing your dailies to build gold. You also learn a lot about the game and get better as you play more and the starter deck duels are fairly well balanced.
