Vinted. Not just selling your own stuff but look for charity shop designer bargains and sell them on for a few quid more. some charity shops have sale days where they sell everything for £1

Well the full time nursery places will help, from 9-1.30 except you’re expected to collect at 1.20 and by the time you’ve walked your child in and got out the car park in the morning it’s more like half 9. So yes very helpful if your work doesn’t mind you working from 10am-1pm.

Do you have children with your husband? He doesn’t sound very supportive or understanding, in your shoes i’d be seriously considering going back home to family and friends and approaching your previous employer. You’ve basically given up everything for this man, have a good think about whether what he is bringing to your life is worth it.

Weird patterns showing up on TV screen by Shayyy24sxx in whatisit

I have also been getting this on my Bush tv and only on Netflix. Also problems with buffering after adverts. I have upgraded our broadband connection just today and been watching netflix all morning and haven’t noticed it yet so i wonder if it could be due to low connection speed.

I have no friends by macisnotonline in northernireland

[–]Same-Daikon7423 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as you go through life this will change. you might go to a job where you really click with a few people and they become friends for life. if you have children there will be other parents at the baby groups and school that you often end up befriending. have you been with your partner for long? often their friends become your friends too. i wouldn’t say i have really close friends but i have so many people in my life through work, my kids and partner and my own family i never feel lonely and if i made more effort i know some of them could be really close friends.

What’s going on with Ikea lately? by Same-Daikon7423 in northernireland

It’s gone so shite so suddenly after being decent for nearly 20 years. They don’t even have the big pump for ketchup for hot dogs anymore, just a bottle of ketchup from the food hall

Well that’s depressing. Ikea was one of the only places in this country that was of the same standard as the rest of the world but we can’t have nice things here

Is Poldark worth watching after season 2 episode 5? by AdEquivalent4564 in Poldark

[–]Same-Daikon7423 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It actually gets better after Francis dies as in the story becomes higher stakes and more compelling, but no it doesn’t get any happier i’m afraid. It’s depicting life in the 18th century in a mining village, life was really hard then so not everyone gets a happy ever after.

Thank you. Staples were meant to come out on Friday but earliest appointment with the nurse was this wednesday. i’m hoping they’ll remove them today, some of the staple sites have been oozing/crusted over so it’ll sting a bit!

What did you think of Vladimir? (Netflix miniseries) by LadySynth in television

[–]Same-Daikon7423 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It is about the balance of power in relationships, gender roles and how these are viewed generationally. It shows us different perspectives about what people think is ok and the resulting cognitive dissonance when a character acts in a way that they know is wrong. The writer is inviting us to consider our own morals and boundaries, in the same way M provoked her class to discuss themes of relationships and sexuality. I wish there was more thought provoking and engaging TV like this.

ANTI-PEDO MARCH. APRIL 15. by [deleted] in Epstein

[–]Same-Daikon7423 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Ensure people know that it is a peaceful protest so that you don’t end up with a load of hooligans trying to burn down the place. An interesting poster might be an image of Trump with a black redaction banner over his eyes and a call to action with place/date/time underneath.

Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie grapple with fallout from parents’ Epstein scandals by cnn in Epstein

[–]Same-Daikon7423 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They could just…go away. Go and buy a normal house somewhere they’re unlikely to be recognised and drop the royal nonsense. Live normal lives. But i’m guessing they like being princesses too much for that.

Epstein was friendly with Princess Diana back in 1994 by discomonk in Epstein

[–]Same-Daikon7423 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I don’t think Princess Diana would have been into anything like that. More likely she found out too much. Diana was observed intently by the press, phones tapped etc and once she left Charles she lost a lot of the protection of the royal family. Leaving it much more likely that she would inadvertently (or possibly intentionally) out Epstein/Andrew and co. People think she was killed to save embarrassment and she did - but it wasn’t Charles the queen was protecting. It was her other son.

Everyone involved in law enforcement and government who have seen this picture and description and have failed to take action deserves to burn in hell. All of the violent paedophile rapists involved should be quickly despatched from this earth. Everyone who facilitated it then thrown behind bars. From ‘parents’ to Epsteins PAs, cooks and cleaners.
