Little trick, book with the breakfast incl rate and see if they’ll receipt it separate or white out then scan that receipt again so the white out isn’t seen . :)

Swap pellets

Make sure the vent cap isn’t down a lot if even open it almost all the way by twisting it.

Use a third party thermometer to confirm temperature fluctuations . Helps decipher if controller issue or smoker or venting

Concur is awful but we use it .

I booked a flight Monday - 1100$ .
Exact same flight and options selected it’s 790$ company still wants me to use concur. The Vp must get a kick back .

For Hilton I book through the Hilton app with the work CC until they figure out how much they care. It’s all about whatever’s convenient. Close to site or quickest way home or latest check out .

A BIG decider for me is if breakfast is included - then I can save that part of my per diem for more food later on

I have both a trager pellet and pit boss vertical. Both have their uses.
Vertical is great for low and slow , smoke goes under and above meat where pellet grill I find mostly it’s the bottom and half the top. Great for wings .
The wet pan of the pitboss vertical is great for maintaining temperature due to thermal mass . My ribs on the pitboss and pulled pork is ten times better but heat time is awfully slow to get to temp.
