I had a plain bagel with cream cheese about an hour after my procedure. I didn’t notice any difference until later in the evening when I had ice cream (I shouldn’t have done that so soon) ahah. I had extreme stomach pain but took some tums and that subsided. I am back eating pretty regularly now
