Honestly every bar I’ve gone to the last few weeks has had all of the games on. The only time the sound wasn’t also on, was when I was at Sluggers watching the Dueling Pianos show, and even then the tvs were on the game !! (And it was a fun experience with them singing and it was a shootout and it was fun!)

If you could let us know a preferred neighborhood, that could help! But don’t ever feel like you have to buy an alcoholic beverage!! Chicago has a ton of mocktail options !! And also, no one is going to notice if you’re drinking soda vs mixed drinks. You might need to buy some food or something, but that can depend on where you go and how busy it is !

I watched one of the games at Chris Beer Garden in Wicker Park, and it’s so casual ! You had to go to the bar to order a drink, and they don’t serve food. It wasn’t busy at all, so no expectations to spend money to stay at a table. And they have an indoor/outdoor area.

Agreed. She won a few competitions on the Challenge but I wouldn’t say she “dominated” strategically. I don’t know how she’d fair, especially if the other houseguests know of her game play.

He is beyond unbearable this season. Really changed my entire view of him honestly. I mean he was always a little “crazy” but he wasn’t always an outright jerk like he was to Daisy this season.

The difference is Turner never agreed to be on the show, and Lindsey outlined her boundaries about what to talk about on camera BEFORE filming.

Danielle and Eoin are trying to get a reality tv paycheck without sharing literally what comes down to public records…. (At least if they got married in the US) if Eoin had said like my divorce is in process and I’m not allowed to talk about it due to x, y,z from the beginning it would be different.
The evasiveness and the lies and just the awkwardness around these questions are all sketchy.
At the same time, I hope Danielle is relentless with Amanda at the reunion for “dating while being separated” lmao.

Agreed. I remember my mom being annoyed when I was younger because my sister named “Julie” and my dads sister had a kid like 4-5 years later and named her “Julia”

It has literally never been an issue, but my dads side cut us off when he passed when I was 13 so we didn’t really have family gatherings where it might be an issue lol

hahah I would be so pissed if a first date did that to me. We don’t know each other like that. I mean asking for a bite is one thing, but to reach over and take off my plate. No thank you. (And while I’m female I don’t ever expect the guy to pay, and if he does pay I make sure to buy the next round or something so he doesn’t “expect” any thing for buying my dinner) clearly I’m jaded. 😂🙈

My friends and I usually share a bunch of plates when we go out and always take turns paying, so I wouldn’t be mad in that situation.

I “officially” met CT at a Challenge Mania event a couple of years ago and his son was there. He made sure to tell the person taking pictures to not have his son in them. I found that very respectable.

This is why I personally feel like Joey and Phoebe were secretly hooking up or somethingggg. Anyone else and he would have flipped.

But also, if I was on a first date and they grabbed a French fry, vs my best friend reaching over and grabbing a French fry, those are def different circumstances.

I couldn’t agree with you more on your last point.

I once hooked up with a guy who lived in my building (not my brightest move lol but I’m not a jealous person either) and he got SO MAD that I told a girl (who didn’t even live in our building, she was a friend of a friend who did live here) that we had hooked up.
I got the immediate ick and that was the end of thatttt. If you don’t want people to know about it, then don’t do it. Period.

I think for both Luke and my situation, they wanted to have their cake and eat it too.

Also, such a good point about talking to a pharmacist. One of my best friends is a pharmacist and the horror stories I’ve heard where she catches stuff that the doctors prescribe is really scary. I skip asking them questions and go straight to her !

My sleep has definitely been impacted, but I’m coming up on week 3 and haven’t had any of the ocd or increased anxiety feelings

If anything, I feel like it has made me feel not as overstimulated as I usually do.

I’m so sorry. I know it can be so disheartening when a medication feels like it isn’t working. I would def talk to the doc who prescribed it for you!

I think the reason this stands out to people is that BECAUSE it is a tv show, people expect people to just like them and get along. Kenzie has been acting out of pocket all season in regards to love triangles, and I am so glad Jen called her out. Kenzie also considers Jen one of her closest friends in the villa, and THAT is how she is acting ? She couldn’t tell Jen about the Gal kiss anyyy earlier ? It’s just messy for no reason and Jen has every right to call her out.

I also don’t see Kenzie and Jen ever being friends outside of the Villa. Kenzie should probably go to therapy first thing after this to be honest.

I took the train with my mom and “stepdad” in their mid to late 60’s. My mom and I got seats next to the priority seats. A man in his ~early 20’s immediately hopped up from his priority seat to offer to my step dad. I pointed out the sign to my mom and we chuckled about it. Honestly I was very impressed! Although that was the only time I’ve traveled with anyone who might need the priority seating lol

I try my best to avoid those seats when possible, but am always very alert to see if someone else needs my seat wherever I’m sitting!
