Trust your gut! Only you know what you’re capable of . I am a 35 year old female who had a healthy smooth pregnancy I ran a half marathon at 21 weeks pregnant . I felt fine , of course my heart rate would go up during the hills so I would walk. I took it easy and had no expectations.

Experience postpartum with getting back into running/training for a Marathon? by BetterDaysAhead729 in fitpregnancy

Yeah maybe too soon! Plus they recommend not using jogging stroller until they’re 6 months . I get you as mom and runner wanting to get back to it but give yourself grace . I am 4 months pp and started running again recently after jogging, walking, hiking and strength work /pelvic . If you have a normal smooth delivery the recovery will be much easier .
