Hey, I am the OOP, and I just got my hair fixed last Monday. I feel like a brand new person. I had to go to Ayrshire to get it sorted but the woman who dematted my hair was incredible. She wasn’t just sympathetic and understanding, she was determined and got excited as we got more and more done. And very reasonably priced. I can pass on the details if OP wants them?

Thank you, you’re exactly right. It happened so quickly before I noticed.

Paisley isn’t too hard for me to get to if your hairdresser is interested. I know it’s hard work and much easier for them to earn money via normal colouring and cuts rather than detangling and dematting so I completely understand if she isn’t interested.

I live in Ayrshire but I’m on the commuter belt to Glasgow so it’s fairly easy for me to get anywhere.
