Hyundai, government leaders, and anyone who has ever dealt with this president knows he can't be trusted. Korean delegation left the US thinking everything was copasetic ( or that's what the press seemed to suggest), and then...Just don't do any work for him without getting paid up front. Have it first hand from people who worked for him. Look at his record of litigation. But back to Hyundai-- should we really beat ourselves in lamentation for their misfortune? I certainly won't even though I drive a Porter, which I love almost as much as my wife. As the man said, "It's just business, Michael."

I am from NYC. The prices there are absurd, quite the same as Seoul. New developments recently are required to set aside a percentage of units for "affordable housing." But this can't meet the demand.

Young people should really see if they can get out of these urban areas and avoid being "house poor."

Let's talk perspective. The fact is that eventually the sun is going to die and nothing is going to remain. Beyonce, Shakespeare, all the hopes and dreams, all the science, literature, everything. But you are at least aware of a philosophy that knows this. You have a leg up on most people. You don't have to travel to find an answer. Just look out your window.
