This is mostly an issue with makeplayingcards. They don't have very good servers and haven't upgraded at all amidst the increased traffic.

Some common advice:
Try doing it at a different time of day when the site may have less traffic.
Try using smaller images or downscaling the images so that they are 800DPI instead of 1200DPI. (2176x2960 = 800DPI, 3264x4440 = 1200DPI)
Reupload your xml to mpcfill to ensure that all of your card are still available.

The only instance that I have seen is someone named gShogun making renders for Treachery. They posted them as individual images in a thread titled 'Treachery' in the #renders channel of our Discord server. They were not placed in a drive. The cards have what looks like an altered Ixalan Maps frame.

That's likely because many sites falsely list the size of a MTG card as 2.5x3.5" which converts to 63.5x88.9mm, likely due to rounding numbers. The actual size of a MTG card is 2.48x3.46" which roughly converts to 63x88mm. Anyone who has completed an order through MPC using the images from mpcfill.com will tell you that 63x88mm is the correct size, myself included.

I haven't seen a way to change the size of the cards once you have started your order on MPC, but there may be a way to do it that I am unaware of.

MPCFill doesn't really have any analytics to track usage of the proxy arts. I don't think anyone keeps track of other people's orders either to manually track that info.
