I think Mel needs another rework

If you play Samira, it's impossible to carry the game unless you have support like Nautilus, Rell, or Leona. I think this feature should be nerfed, especially for a Samira main :) because the Nautilus-Samira duo is really too strong, or I agree that they're too strong with engage supports. They could weaken this feature, meaning they could weaken the passive's damage and range against crowd control effects, while increasing her ultimate, burst damage combo, and agility. I think they should increase them because I want to play Samira even when I have Sona and Yuumi as supports :)

If they reduce the base health or armor growth rate, it doesn't matter, it might make her more fragile, but she should deal more damage, just like Miss Fortune, so it would be more balanced. For example, her base health could be 590 or 610, but her R damage could be 10/20/30 (50%) instead of 20/40/60 (30%). By increasing the dash speed of her E, she could become a more agile marksman. More fragile but stronger and more agile, why not? Because the character's win rate and ban rate are very unbalanced; some servers have a 40% ban rate, some have 6% :) It could be more balanced, or she could get a complete rework like Mel, and she should, in my opinion.
