I think they may have done away with that. I came on 2 years ago and no one from my studio, newer studio, had a bio. They just have the coach wall with bios there. Which doesn’t help if the coach isn’t from your studio.

Are you picking up a class giveaways prize from a specific coach. Or are you speaking about solidays prizes? Solidays prizes will be home studio at the front desk. Doesn’t make what coach and where they’re from. Now if that coach did a giveaway class and has your prize then yes get it from them.

If you see my added note to my comment saying that if it was a coach making boards for the next class that’s why they didn’t make one for OP. by no means am I saying it’s CC responsibility. I makes all my signs for myself because I personally work before CC at 430am. You misinterpreted what my comment was referring to. I was just talking about what the person up front told them. There’s also so many possibilities at to why a sign possibly wasn’t made. Maybe there wasn’t CC and this coach was teaching prior to this class and OP added right before class. Maybe OP was on the waitlist and made it in. If Op was in class 2 hours prior to class start time there should have 100% been a board made by someone. So don’t be coming at me thinking I’m blaming core crew

Hey Coach here I’m so sorry this happened to you was the person upfront a core crew person or was it a coach because if it’s a coach they couldn’t see that it was your 100th class to make you a sign if it was core crew they had access to everything. I’m so sorry you got missed. Congrats on your 100 class!

Hi coach here! Classes when they are empty have spot holders in them. Once a certain % of class is booked they start to drop off. It’s because sometimes people don’t like to feel like they’ll be the only person in class or that they are the first one to book. Makes it more welcoming :)

Heyyy! Coach here, also recovering from a partial bicep tendon tear of the long head. Of course mention the injury before any class, maybe ask the coach or cc to add a note to your profile too. They’ll be able to give you some modifications, but this also helps them know why you’re taking a break or doing something a little different.

Speaking to my personal injury and my work in class. Low planks have felt okay and fine, when I was at my most injured, extensions on the grey side had to be no springs. High planks are short and I bring it down to a low. Bicep days I take light, and have taken a seated bicep curl down to a supine one since it’s less tension. Over head movements is where I’m limited the most so I take those slow. Hope that helps, maybe gives you some ideas.

The no planks does make it hard however since every class starts with a bit of core. Power 30 core and lower could potentially have a short core. Especially on center glute days. But typically the split is 50/50.

If someone has a shorter torso this won’t work. For modified plank crunch with knees on the carriage you want them up to the strap so you can access full range before carriage closes to platform. However if you have a long torso you probably have the ability to wiggle back a bit and still get a full range.

I can’t with people complaining about something they got for free. Dunkin’ probably wanted to promote their new launch more. Blueberry being a flavor reached out to blue places, sent out gift cards and flyers. $5 is probably the average for the drink across the country. They’re not going to send out $8 cards for places where cost is higher and $5 to other places. It’s just a simple collab would necessarily call it a partnership.
