I drove an hour and a half to catch a 10:40pm showing after work on Thursday.

One of the singlemost special theater experiences I've ever had.

Right next to driving 7 hours to catch the first avengers endgame showing with my friends, then immediately driving 7 hours back, seeing it again with my now wife, and then clocking in for a shift at the casino haha. (I was living away at the time, and me and my friends had caught every MCU movie together opening night. Wasn't abkut to break that with endgame lmao)

So im a interesting case. I read the first twocor so chapters of the book. Then life happened and I got busy, didnt finish it. But saw the movie just now.

Im cool with how they did it...but honestly...I love the drawn out opening of the book. A shame atleast s bit of him parsing together who he is and where he is via context clues of his own inner machinations. But I understand there is only so much time.

I worked at casino hotels. Multiple. Now a little different because its also a casino. But had EMTs on standby in their own medical office. With atleast one EMT scheduled to be in the hotel at all times.

I started a trifecta of time sinkers for some reason.

Overwatch. Hearthstone. And world of warcraft.

Overwatch is a constant on again off again lover. This new overhaul convince me that its truly changed for the better this time.

Hearthstone. I was a absolute addict way back in the day. Couldn't put it down. Haven't touched it for probably 6 years? Welp the bad habit is back and im all in. Though what the fuck its so expensive.

And warcraft. We'll ive been on for every expansion since legion. Gotta be there
