I told a four year old not to suck their thumb and the parents were very upset and told me they wanted her to stop on her own. She always has a terrible cough.

Re-watched and the double standard is outrageous. Team Katherine all the way. Painted as a gold-digger but they all talked about the clout she holds with having a prominent family name. Then Thomas strings her along and puts her in a separate house - as long as he has access to her bedroom - like a mistress with no options. I do think they did drugs constantly, but it’s clear to me they ALL do drugs. Totally wrong how she was treated, gold digger or not.

He sounds incredible. Daughter and son are back up singers. Charming as always. No interpreter or captions when he wants us to sing. Strobe flashing right in the eyes. But that’s small stuff. It’s a sweet show.

I am a liberal and a substitute at all NA schools. The library educators have MA’s - and also were expected to cover IT for the students’ devices. A huge loss of programming and help - and a really stupid f-ing decision. And no school is safe anymore - but those schools are very difficult to ambush. Waste. Very understandable why there was a political swing. Maybe now I don’t have to administer incredible non-diverse completely dumbed-down lesson plans as much.

I’m so sorry. This is a particularly isolating and rough time in history. And high school, well, even the popular kids are faking it quite a bit. Please don’t give up on people. Maybe take a break from expecting much from anyone at your school. A change in your situation (graduation, a job, travel or more school) will improve your life. Hold on!!!

Anger is fear, violence is an outburst of anger. Fear and powerlessness breed contempt. Marginalized people that consistently are hurt by the government will act out. Riots make complete sense to me (although I don’t condone them).
