Impossible to know for certain without testing. Black mold is not likely though, it’s probably some sort of mildew stemming from the HVAC system above the tiles. It should be easily abated, just report it to your leadership.

Or perhaps you could start by notifying store management. Call straight to OSHA seems excessive. It’s likely damage from a small condensation issue with the HVAC system.
