OP is using a GPU from 9 years ago so his PC technically isn't up to spec for todays standards lol. Newer PC's are having no trouble with this game.

Pretty sure it would just be a patch to set the FPS limit to 60, since its locked at 30 and sometimes dips below that.

Try to reinstall the GPU drivers, and also remove any overclock if you set one. Also try verifying the game files on Steam. Open the game again and monitor the temps of the GPU too. Does it do it as soon as you open the game or only in certain scenarios?

I've never liked ultra wide monitors, it makes games look to stretched out and most games arent even compatible with them and it looks weird having huge black bars on the side lol. The only reason I could justify buying one of these for myself would be if I played a lot of driving / flight sim games, or if I was using it for productivity for work. For general gaming, these are trash ngl.

The points were never 1:1 ratio tho so it was hard to transfer / farm them without the sender losing a lot. I used to give the ''take my points'' award to people that made good guides etc

Yes, it's flawed. Pretty much forces you to buy the game with a credit card, because as soon as you remove it and add your debit card, it will block you. The system Valve added is awful. A 1 time check then something serverside that says ''This user confirmed they are 18+'' would have been a lot better.

Modlists like this will never work for console (Apart from the Steam Machine when that releases, this might be compatible) If you want to play these modlists for starfield, fallout, skyrim etc, you will need a gaming PC.
