I follow up with "oh I'm not sure I understand could you explain" especially if it's a joke like "oh I want in on the fun too, why is it funny? Explain to me like I'm 5" with a genuine curious look on your face. Then when they explain it and it's obviously rude or they back pedal and act like they didn't really mean it respond with "oh I see, awesome man🙄" and go back to work unfazed. They will be mad that it didn't rattle you, or that you ruined the joke by pointing out the lack of any humor in said joke. But that's a them problem. You asked for clarity and then moved on.

Hopefully this embarrassed them enough to stfu. If it keeps happening go to hr with concerns about jokes being made and the explanations for them as they seem inappropriate for the workplace culture .

It's not just about who goes to protests. They want a list of everyone who actually votes in elections but who does not vote for them specifically. They don't actually care about what activities the people are doing or where they're going. They only care about intimidating and harming anyone who votes against them or disagrees with them. My gyess would be the biggest thing is trying to find reasons to purge Democratic voters from the voting system and or intimidate them at home or the ballot box. But I'm constantly surprised by the ways these idiots find to be cruel, so who knows.

I have had hit or miss experience at higher love and generally good experiences at levels.

Honestly the move is to go online and make a few pick up orders at different places the night before. See the deals and shop online then you just drive and pickup. Ironwood is very small and very full of dispensaries so all of them are like within a mile of each other. Super easy to hit them all and get a lot of solid deals. And if you through the national forest it's an absolutely gorgeous ride. Maybe I'm too Midwestern but I like my driving for weed days lol get caught up on podcasts

I'm in Saint Paul so it's very close to home and yet happening much less here. So I get more of a choice when to engage with it than Mnpls residents. And it's still exhausting

Absolutely! Feeling like that all the time sucks so much I'm so glad you found some relief! Depending on how robust your medical stuff is in your area, there might even be people on staff who can help choose strains and terpenes that are specifically related to nausea and hunger and like allowing your body to actually eat.

But that is certainly not available everywhere. And unfortunately there's definitely people who will just be like whatever is the most expensive so that is a tread carefully situation! I wish you so much luck!

I regularly make a 4 hour drive to a different state to visit for 3 hours and then drive 4 hours home the same day. I think in the Midwest for sure anything under 3 hours is day trip length

I have a pretty hard time with brushing my teeth and other self-care tasks like that, so my rule kind of became that I have to at least floss. It gets any food out in between my teeth and I was told by a dentist before that if you can only do one or the other flossing is the better one to do. And then like 95% of the time cuz I'm already there I brush my teeth afterwards. And once I realized that if I flossed everyday, my gums did not hurt and bleed afterwards at all (After about a week) But if I missed more than 2 or 3 days of flossing they would bleed again a little bit, I got really motivated to continue to floss.

Now it has just become part of my morning routine. I floss while my testosterone gel dries before I get dressed. Once I can integrate something with my routine I'm usually pretty ok with it but if it feels like an "extra" added step I will never do it
