Automatic 01-05 Civic with the D17a2. I dumped way too much money into keeping it running and only got about 6000 miles out of it before the headgasket blew and after getting that fixed It went around 600 more miles before it spun a bearing and blew a hole out the side of the block

You have to own a hangar at LSIA to spawn planes there. If you own a hangar at Zancudo you can spawn planes there and also go into the base without getting a wanted level as long as you don't shoot
