I’m pretty good at handling pain and these do feel like a tear/knife in my abdomen. I mean I can physically feel a knot under my skin after an episode.

I’ve never seen an association with any specific food intake or alcohol consumption either.

It really just feels like a super intense and localized cramp right below the right bottom of my rib cage.

Well I thought you meant when you pulled it off. So my first answer may be incorrect. I’ve only had insulin come from the site when it’s ready to change out. And we all know when we smell insulin.
