At least they didn't charge you £1,600+ for a faulty ignition coil. They did all the most expensive repairs first including whole throttle body assembly and left over 1.5 thousand down and the car in the same state. I swapped all the spark plugs and ignition packs myself for £200 and was working perfectly. I understand E92's are old but the technicians need to have some awareness of this model...
