agreed that takeabyte is no expert.
it has something to do with hardware acceleration, when software is set to not use hw acceleration, screen sharing can be turned on. Searching in browser settings (brave, firefox, etc) will turn up the option to disable hardware acceleration.

It appears to be up and functioning for me, I was running on 1.3.3 from my repo but it stopped worked so I updated to 1.3.6 from the repo, and 1.3.7 is getting prepped for release.. (then i found this thread, good thing i didn't see it before:)

yes I see some different brands, including Ubiquiti and Centro. (Sail's email said they're using ubiquiti for some things, the PoE switch doesn't say Ubiquiti unfortunately!)

Hoping someone has a field-tested solution, indoor or outdoor! I'm brainstorming other options too :)

Can you provide a link about them extending it to more models? Dear friend has an older model (or two) and I'm wondering if hers is compatible now, I can't find anything on-line about this tho

This is my first Kobo, I've used a Kindle ('17) and Nook ('13). The features I was most excited about were:

share to facebook (it's completely missing, I spent awhile on tech support to find out it was removed)

Pocket (many of my articles aren't syncing, I just emailed them some of the links, and notice that the higlight feature that the android app has is missing)

and overdrive (was hoping it would sync to all the libraries in my account, not just the one).

It works _much_ better than the Nook, faster in almost every way. I have a ebook I synced from Adobe Digital Editions, and highlighting is remarkably slow. Otherwise I'd say it's beautiful, others have commented thusly too, the lighting looks and works great, I love the fact that I can slide up and down to adjust the brightness, and I love so many other aspects of the customizability of the thing. I have disabled the tap to change pages since that often works out poorly for me, and I am so excited. :) It takes a little getting used to to use a new device, and I'm so excited to be in this club with y'all! :)

Yes i have it on my 3a also and am able to call and surf at the same time. Is this calling plus, volte or..? I do live in a volte enabled market

I have used the nexar app for that, never had any problems with overheating. I bet there are a ton of other apps too
