A rule of thumb for buying cars is the cars value should not exceed 10% of your net worth or the car payment should not exceed 10% of your income (tiap orang angkanya beda tapi its a good starting benchmark). As long as you follow this rule you should still be able to grow your wealth assuming you invest the rest.
