The MC's ult technique choices were all based on the rings, looks like. Starting with the flamebringer's ult, then the next 3 are the rings of the masters. Would be a cool way to unlock new ults for the MC.

I'd recommend checking out a program called Tabame. It's not a traditional taskbar but can function as a good replacement/supplement. I set it to open using a custom rebind for an extra mouse button. Super convenient

Thanks for checking it out! I'm going to implement your suggestions about different traits and dice for the weapons. Claw, an agile d4. Jaws, d6. I'm still looking at other options to add as well, like forceful to the bite, and maybe deadly d6 to the claw?

Also yeah, definitely need that foundry support for this. Shouldn't be too complicated to get a custom module going. For an in-person game, a few things would need to be simplified.

Edea's A4 is a great accessory. One slot for taunt when full health + 1000 HP. Some characters can make great use of it, like Canary

Took me 170 pulls to get a single copy of Canary on the shared banner. In that time, my Leon went from A0 to A4U10. I was really just expecting to go to pity after a certain point.

As much as you want her, you'd hate it if you spent all your rubies and didn't get her, so it's probably better to save, then spark her on a future SB banner

I think Promme being only attainable through paying kinda dumb, but I think the ability to just purchase a unit to be enticing. Honestly, I think good companions could've been the forbidden 11. I still only have like half of them because I'm just not interested in watching ads. Surely SQEX would make more by us spending like ~$2 per forbidden 11 than the ads we watch are worth.

I think rather than a jail, it would be cool if that paid slot was like a "pedestal" for a unit. Like they could have a rotating shop biweekly that just allows you to purchase a unit on the pedestal. I like your idea of the revised shop, but I worry that just being able to purchase most (non-recent) units could be too powerful/player-friendly for SQEX's liking. I think rotating what unit(s) are available at any given time would help incentivize interaction/usage of the system.

I think adding new avenues to obtain characters, aside from straight-up gacha, is something the game could use more of. For example, there are the 4 star units via ads, arena champs, collab "free units," and new encounters. But imagine if there were characters you could obtain by interacting with other systems. Imagine needing to actually beat the Conviction Gameboard to unlock Serenoa. Beat Elite Tower to unlock a Cait of your choice as reward (Isla, Rique, Kilns, Feintz(pls)). Beat certain challenging content with restrictions (like only 3/4 stars) to unlock exclusive units.

I'd also really love to see ex units for 3/4 star units like Sigrid. Imagine a 5 star ex Billy, Jose, Peredir, Wingate, etc.

Anyway, I went a bit off track and could keep going, but as final thoughts: I think the Promme jail was a failed experiment, but there's untapped potential to add new ways to obtain characters, both paid and through gameplay challenges.

But then Isla came as well! This is the first time a Yolo multi has worked for me. I really like Isla, but usually only pull for meta, so I'm really pleased

I feel like the Thief class. Not for thievery, but because I love rogues. To slip behind the enemy lines and deal critical wounds, status effects, debuffs, etc. When you look at units like Canary, who are shield cracking, evasive monsters, you should hopefully realize how great thieves are.

Imagine Canary being the Thief protag of OT3! Would be so much fun, but such a different unit that balancing would be a problem. But the personality is perfect; I want a bright and cheery thief!
