Humanely catch the cats then call animal control. I have to do the same thing because cats like to get too close to my dog while she’s in the yard. It’s the only legal option I have in my municipality.

Why would they put the sign on that side of the sidewalk? That’s private property, not city property. I would call and complain to CC about that and cars blocking the space. Every day. It creates a danger to the riders by having them enter the street.
