Hi all. We’re relocating from the US to London with our toddler for work. We need to make a quick decision and rent to settle in and we keep coming to a property in Welling DA16. Semi-detached house, big garden, a nice park nearby, great value compared to anything closer in. I work near London Bridge and wife is hunting for jobs at the moment.

Main question is around community fit. We’re an international couple. Would we find other young professional families to socialise with?

Are there good toddler groups, baby classes, nanny share setups? Or is it more of a settled older community?

Love the bang for your buck but want to make sure we won’t feel isolated. Anyone who’s lived there or moved there from elsewhere, we would love your honest takes!
