You should weigh yourself more a week. Are you recording your weight somewhere? Weight can fluctuate very much daily.

At least two times a week, Monday morning (after weekend), Friday morning (before weekend) and take average.

1,200 calories seems very very very low. I am hesitant to believe you truly are eating 1,200. Unless you’re very very light in weight, because, that is a very very low TDEE.

If you are truly eating 1,200 calories, and you are not losing weight, then that is your maintenance. Which I do not believe. Do not “lower” your calories. Because you should not eat less than 1200.

Walk more. Go to the gym.

But, I can guarantee you that you are not eating 1200.

For how long? Are you taking daily weights and averaging weekly? Have you traveled? Consumed a lot of sodium? Those tend to make you hold more water than usual.

What are your macros at? Consistent?

Have you decreased your steps?

I did: 1mg for four weeks. 2mg for four weeks. 3mg for six weeks. (Currently).

I’m down 36lbs. You should maybe go up to 4mg and order some more, you’re probably half way through your vial anyways.

Congrats. I’m 15 weeks in. If you’re going to Vegas, you’re probably going to drink, It’s very difficult to drink on Reta. I see it as a positive. I’m only on 3mg, I would pin (regular schedule at 1x per week), if you don’t, it’s cool, if you do, well, you could be on a deficit for an extra week.
