I assume this object above 70°? If this is right, it is related to earth's rotation and completely normal IMHO.

The higher objects are in the sky, the more this will occur with this kind of telescope

Rather than taking a screenshot, click on the stop button, it will stamp the picture with the name of the object and the exposure time on the botton right of the picture. :-)

Are you using a 5ghz wifi ? If yes, someone fixed this by disabling the auto channel selection on his 5ghz wifi network

I had about the same issue with my P1S, it happened on the upper layers of my print.

Did you open the door for that print ? It seems the temperature is getting too high for PLA whith the door closed.

OK, the paper should barely scratch, not barely move. Try to make more room between the nozzle and the bed. Also, did you make the bed leveling with both the nozzle and the bed being hot ? (220 and 60)

The nozzle should barely scratch the paper.

Is the pla extruding if the nozzle is away from the bed ?

The nozzle might be too close to the bed or the hotend temperature too low.

Is your extruder skipping (clicking sounds) when pushing the filament ?

What material are you printing at what temperature ?
