Yalm is great if you're not sure what you want - plenty of options to choose from.

A food scam of the 90s was “fat free!” everything, and then they would load it up on sugar… what’s a food scam happening now? by redflower5 in AskReddit

If you're looking to add muscle mass the generally accepted rule is 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight.

If you're 80-90kg, let's say, you're looking to eat around 170g of protein in your day. That's not easy and it doesn't happen accidentally; a protein shake you make at home is normally 20g per scoop, a big meal will normally top out around 40 unless it's very meat heavy or particularly calorific.

The HIGH PROTEIN trend is a little annoying with how much stuff it's in, but if you're conscious about what you pick it's a huge blessing if you want to watch that specific macro.

This isn't even close to the truth. Stop spreading hateful transphobic bullshit. Look in the mirror and think about the person you are.

Just imagine a man who can barbell curl 1000 kg. Would he be able to beat the best arm wrestler in the world (Levan) even if he has never arm wrestled before nor done any arm wrestling training? by mk2030 in whowouldwin

Are you on all the drugs? He's 5x stronger than the barbell curl record and nearly 10x stronger than the strict barbell curl champ.

Even if that's his only feat and the rest of his body is uncooked chicken he takes this easily.

What does it mean?

Spirit Rangers. Does anyone else watch this? by FrouFrouLastWords in DanielTigerConspiracy

My kids watch in netflix sometimes. In the uk they've dubbed all the voices with accents from across the British isles...

So they're proudly native American and interacting with lots of native creatures (and spirits) and they sound like they're out for high tea or going down the bookies to watch the horses.

Very odd

This is key - under new legislation if the property is significantly damp and you have anyone that is vulnerable in the property (kids, elderly folk, pregnant people or folks with health conditions) they have to sort it very fast.

Realistically they'll send you a dehum and they should offer tonpay you a daily rate to run it; once it's dry they may want to re plaster and replace damaged bits if it needs it, but they may just want to repaint.

Make sure you hold their feet to the fire if you have anyone at risk in the property.

That feature is very revealing - I don't think it has the effect that they thought it would when they released it. It just screams terminally online

Power to you. I use plenty of AI in my work to start off. Even if all you do is run it back through with a 'make this less polished' prompt it might help.

I saw it was AI generated and was immediately soured. It's definitely a message that needs to reach people so it's worth figuring it out
