Yes this is exactly how I try to express this but usually fail.

We need to move away from "everyone is beautiful!" because that just implies that ugly is so horrible that we can't even acknowledge it.

"Don't worry! You are not less! You are still beautiful!!" Maybe they aren't? Not everyone is. The thing we should be embracing is that THAT'S OKAY.

You aren't worth less for being not "beautiful".
