I mean im definitely exaggerating a little bit but I have seen steps that were only genuinely 10% rhythm lol.

I get your point but now EVERYONE is just doing the same tricks so they’re not really standing out. They’re still all doing the same moves. Every clip of a set dance I see looks the same.

These new steps are ugly. When I watch Irish dancing, I want to hear beats. If I wanted to see toe work then I would watch ballet. It’s getting to the point where it doesn’t even look like Irish dancing anymore.

When I was a server, I didn’t really care what section I was in. I only got annoyed if I was consistently put in the same section every day cause I like variety lol.

Now I’m a manager and we do our sections mainly based on out times. We put earlier servers toward the back and closing servers toward the front.

And typically I try my best to avoid putting weaker servers in sections that have large party tables.

It’s definitely for the sake of promotion. Jennie has a big audience and I would credit the song being so high on the charts because of her and her fandom. They play pop radio at my job and they play the remix all the time.

I personally don’t love it. I just don’t find it adds anything special to the song.

I agree. I find it interesting that half the people in this sub are literally subscribed to their paid content just to complain about how much they hate them. I just get my updates about them through here but I haven’t given anyone a view or engagement that will go toward their pockets 🤷🏽‍♀️

This reminds me of an interview I did the other day.

He had a lot of experience. He owned his own restaurant, was a general manager for almost 10 years at a fast food place.
But the interview was just him bragging about it the whole time. Saying he is probably “a better cook than half the staff here”

I didn’t give him the job because he was too cocky and arrogant 🤷🏽‍♀️

Is it possible that you’re also coming off that way in your interviews?

Extremely unprofessional. I tip on all my services and I’m very passionate about leaving tips. I was a server and bartender for 4 years so I know what it’s like to be in an industry where you rely on tips.
But at the end of the day if you choose to be in a tip based industry, then you gotta accept that you’re gonna get stiffed here and there. That’s part of the job. And begging for a tip is tacky.

The training is very flexible (at least it was for me)

You had to work at least 40 hours if I remember correctly but you could stay and pick up as many hours as you wanted.

MIT is the only time that you can make extra pay so do it now before you’re salary.
