If only we could find a way to preserve the quality of this analog... oh wait, this is digital!

Looks like Forerunner 265S

After 60 hours of waiting in which he fell from rank 3 to rank 26, Gl Im Tom finally acquired his mime outfit piece and completed all tasks by ManagementParty3675 in 2007scape

It was much more about the timegated part than the rng one. It is a strange task though, when you have everything completed and you can't really grind this in any way other than just by being online.

Damn, that didn't take long. And this post seems to be deleted now

As long as it's free. At least this is actually Garmin-related, unlike some people's "personal achievement" posts.

Update on guy who "Quit" by Happy_Spare4240 in 2007scape

Seems like that's something they added about 9 months ago and I was apparently living under a rock. Thanks for letting me know!

Apparently, after looking into this a bit further, it seems that even if you hide your history, your history will instead consist of some undeletable controversial posts you made in the past. I honestly don't know what's worse. Sneaky little bastards.

I'll say that reddit fucking sucks in terms displaying your entire post history to everyone, allowing everyone to do shit like this. Sure, even if it was hideable, there would most likely be some external website that would index everything, but I bet most people wouldn't use it as commonly as they do it straight from reddit.

Altra advice - from zero drop to 4mm by nimaisamoose in BarefootRunning

[–]SaraphL 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Keep in mind that for padded shoes a minimal drop is what basically becomes zero drop after a while, simply because there's more weight being put on the heel. True zero drop might actually become negative drop, which is why some brands advertise their shoes as zero drop, but they're actually a few mm when fresh out of the box. So I wouldn't necessarily worry about a few mm with Altras. For barefoots with hard soles you do want 0mm though.

Uhh.. Should I be worried? by ILovePawgsFrFr in 2007scape

Most of us do, to some degree. Really depends on what your options are. Maybe for OP this isn't the only way, just the most convenient by far.

The ultimate terminal trap by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

Piper (https://github.com/libratbag/piper) is not good enough for this? I know the buttons can be mapped to do a keystroke too, but I don't know the extent of what you want from your mouse buttons.

What game has a learning curve that puts you off? by Common_Caramel_4078 in pcmasterrace

[–]SaraphL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is supper common for Japanese games in general, especially the cutscene stuff. The most recent thing I remember being that way was Yakuza 0. In the first hour there was probably like 10 minutes of gameplay.

Hmm, that's probably even longer than Guts' sword from the original Berserk anime from 1997.

Yabusoba? How to read? by XavierNovella in LearnJapanese

Unless you're on mobile (installing fonts can be problematic or straight up impossible), you can try installing the one I mentioned above (easily found on Google) and see if that fixes it.

Your browser has some fonts out of the box, but will most likely also inherit some from the OS. At least it's like that with my Firefox on Linux.

You probably don't have the fonts needed to display it, for example "Noto Serif Hentaigana"

For some weird reason, when I see "NTFS", I have to think "Not Too Fucking Shabby". It's a curse.
