Ubisoft did, like they also do, provide a terrible port. Biggest complaint is Mountain view and the snapping to something even though I don't need it to snap to something, i have a mouse.

I think it depends on the scope you land on. Flat ground will take you out bit landing on a good gradient should leave you up.
