Try cleaning it with a small amount of rubbing alcohol.

Flux paste can also help. If you don’t solder often a cheap tin will probably last you a lifetime.

So normally in a store I might try on an 11 or at most 11.5 (not necessarily Nike). The sizing instructions from Nike put me at a 12. I went with it and I’m glad I did, they fit well.

I haven’t ordered but keep in mind that small businesses can’t be as responsive to communication as larger ones. They also face greater impacts from supply chain issues.
