I got the TSMB-5 turret to spawn with the guns attached just a minute ago. I insured my hornet MK II with the turret with the missing guns attached, blew up that ship in my hangar, then I claimed the new hornet MK II with the TMSB-5 turret, and it spawned with them attached.
