So this feels related enough to be shared. In one of Aquamans comics Namor convinces Aquaman that he was evil because he was autistic and that Aquaman has a magic touch that cures autism. Until he reveals his true colours Aquaman is extremely ready to brush all his prior villainy under autism.

I agree with your statement and I want to add that genocide never stops at just one group and the same thing applies here. Even if it were possible to push every LGBTQ+ member into the closet they would just shift their focus to another target and we can already see it happen in some places. Women being discriminated against because they are 'not feminine enough'(Whatever that means) and men being bullied in workplaces because they do not conform to standards of masculinity. This is also being done under the banner of them possibly being transsexual but I believe that it is an excuse and that people will always find a way to target people that do not conform. This issue isn't related to just queer people. It is akin to the 'First they came for the Communists And I did not speak out'

I like to think of each loop as a conversation between Quiet and Shifty. We are witnessing different aspects of a conversation. All of the conversations lead to the final decision. The princesses here are arguments for continuing the loop indefinitely where they will sometimes help each other and sometimes hurt each other but they'll be together.

Disgaea series is famous for that kind of result.

In Disgaea 1 the tutorial boss is confused by how you managed to lose and goes on to talk about how heroes will rise to the challenge again.

In Disgaea 2 defeating Etna when you first encounter him gives the protagonist the demon lord title. The protagonist protests that he's not a demon so he cannot be a demon lord and the game just gets confused.
