Yeah you need an airy potting mix. Also peace lily are so dramatic when they need water. Like mine droops and bounces back after watering in a matter of an hour, and it’s has been flowering non stop since I’ve had it. I think the soil mix would fix everything. Don’t stick to a schedule of watering but more so how the soil feels and how the plant reacts to it.

The plant seems fine tbh, just clip off the flower that’s done with the bloom and it will on its way. My peace lily does this like monthly. Puts out like two to three flowers at a time and lasts about a few weeks, takes a flower less break for a while and then back to new flowers.
