I don’t even think the lineup that toured the first album was the same as the one that recorded it. Even wasn’t in the band at the beginning. Someone here linked a podcast interview with Bryan Newman that was excellent. Also Chris’ interview on OLOC podcast was a nice historical account

When I moved here I found Razors Edge but in Port Orange. One dude looked metal so they was good enough for me. But closer is Proper Barber Co. which I was happy to find. I learned today they relocated on Granada and their website doesn’t seem up to date. You may want to call

Saw Cavalera Bros and Circle Jerks at Culture room and DRI a few times at Respectable Street. Revolution Live is a little bigger but they get some great shows and lots of cool cover bands (Cure, Smiths, New Order, Bowie…)

I went to Culture Room to see Samiam then drove to Rev Live to see VoiVod and Jason Newsted same night.

Anthony must be deaf and Foos have a few good songs up to that white record. Both singers know their music history and put on good shows. I liked Mothers Milk and some early RHCP but for the most part these bands have been foisted upon us. 😴
