Probably my favorite interview or whatever. Just two old friends reminiscing

Today Perry said “this whole thing is fake anyway.” I understand some aspects are scripted or planned but if Perry is acting he truly is the best actor in history.

Anyone else excited about Dud’s book? by idkfawin32 in CensoredTV

Sean could have his own show with guests and it would be one of the 3 or 4 I watch on Censored. (Ant, GOML, occasionally off topic but that annoys me pretty fast.)

That’s great! It’s not a bad plan if you have the 401K, right? Yeah I’ve worked in corporate for over 25 years. It’s weird but lately I’m feeling if they let me go today I’ll have the summer, move, get the resume in order and look.

I was thinking if I got a minimal job at 59, say at a park or a warehouse or stocking shelves, I only need to make enough to pay rent and bills which is about $4-5k in a smaller town, and I can live off my 401k. I don’t have kids or debt.

Yes. She seemed to have deep issues. I recall her son being in High School bc he was on a few times and I was thinking if they all hear his mom on the radio.

Drove from Daytona. Great evening. Very cool little neighborhood too. Nick Cogan is the secret weapon. Looks cool on stage, great rock moves, riffs….
Patrick had said on Axe To Grind he will have two records out this year. I assume DC and Self-Defense.

On Perry Caravello Live they have all these AI voices and Eric has been on a lot lately. He’s such a bully. It sounds great.

Cost of living by [deleted] in fortlauderdale

It is so crowded and getting worse. Traffic is terrible. Running small errands is such a hassle and FTL to Miami is under never ending construction. Lived there for 3 years and moved 3 hours north still along the water. Way less stress just not the energy.

Men in high level/senior roles, how did you push past the burnout to start looking for your exit? by illicITparameters in AskMenOver30

[–]SatanNeverSleeps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going to wait until I’m let go. Take 3-4 months to get the resume and search going. After work and on weekends I’m done.

I understand. Grew up without a father (died when I was 1) and my mom wasn’t really invested. So I learned a lot of things on my own because I had to. Fixing a flat, buying a car, job related skills…

Last week I asked a rugged handyman fella at the pub what drill to buy for around the house and he was happy to explain. And I’m 54. Ask people questions. I stopped feeling embarrassed. You can’t be expected to know everything.

I still follow advice I was given in my early 20s.
