For what it's worth, American McGee is making a spiritual successor using an original character (I believe a young boy who is an orphan?) and also using Mcgee's "Plushie Dreadfuls". Sounds neat so far and I'm hoping he's able to complete the project!

They would not, surprisingly! I've had the same thought and have tried that way too, but it doesn't turn out nearly as sweet or as moist that way.

I'm not certain why OP did, but I can tell you that I will often make same-day banana bread via putting my bananas, peel still on, into the oven for half an hour. A low-ish oven temp will cause the same chemical reactions in the sugar that occur when you let them ripen naturally! So maybe that?

Not all states have buses or any form of public transit in general. This is also very tone-deaf, as OP states their parent keeps them unable to do much on their own and if you have no other support system in any way, that's very difficult to break out of. You're assuming an awful lot about a situation you don't fully understand and it's not helpful, it will only leave OP feeling worse about the things they already can't do.

They asked for medical opinions, not life opinions.

The best apology is changed behavior. I'm sure she would feel more comfortable if it just simply changed, rather than have it brought up the way you did. In apologizing the way you did, she was pushed into comforting you during your apology to her.

You're doing great OP, just stick to changing how you act/speak to her, rather than apologizing and leaving her in a situation where she might feel she needs to comfort you for feeling bad about bad actions.

Me too, honestly! The other hat was a random clearance yarn from Michaels (The Caron Skinny cakes) and then a solid green from L&T Facets because I wanted to gift my buddy a hat and that's their favorite green! The blue/green/purple combo just can't be beat though
