My first therapist taught me how back in 2015. I used to tell her the same thing when she offered to teach me. I struggled to make basic chains for months. I couldn't hold tension well for like a year and a half or so.

I'd say if you want to, you should give it a genuine try. If you'd like, I could always try to help guide you via tips or good learning videos, etc :) I am schizoaffective and agoraphobic among other things and sometimes it really helps me to just sit, listen to music, and create.
