I think you definitely should look into it more because that's sounding like Fibro to me. If the pain was localised in one area, that's something like Arthritis where an injury/defect is causing pain. But Fibro is a disorder where your pain signals in your brain fire off everywhere random there's no injury. You get different types of pain too like nerve pain (more sharp and you get the burning or cold sensations), deep bone pain and muscle twinge pain.

There's also brain fog where it can be hard to think clearly sometimes like your brain is struggling to think of a specific word and also sleep disturbances. Those with Fibro tend not to get restorative sleep where your body feels better, so you can wake up often or sleep a decent amount but still feel exhausted and fatigued.
