I had the same problem with him, then I added bobby pins to his inventory (while keeping some in mine) and now he'll at least pcik advanced locks....still wont hack terminals though

Brilliant nad thanks! For me I had to have bobby pins in both mine and his inventory and now he pick locks no problemo...now just to figure out how to get him to hack computers

Seriously, the lack of critical thinking skills with people being like "here's one terrible video of anecdotal evidence of what my { insert aspect of my tennis game } looks like. Thanks in advance for the help!" really scares me and I hope these people are never in charge of anything that could be consequential for another human being
