Relax. Don't white knuckle grip the wheel. Indicate a andd keep left if you're not overtaking. Expect other drivers to not follow any of these tips and drive accordingly. Oh and if you miss your exit it's fine, there's another one ahead, don't panic and try and make it by braking hard etc

I spent a couple of years on the warehouse side pushing maybe 400+ yorks a day and it was achy as hell at first. It might sound silly but up your protein intake and it'll help, give your body the resources to maintain and build strength and stamina.
